Coming off of an awesome win yesterday, the Phils are looking to take a commanding 2-0 lead on the Colorado Rockies. Lefthander Cole Hamels is on for the Phillies, and he will be facing off against righthander Aaron Cook, who was 11-6 this season with a 4.16 ERA.
Hamels went 10-11 with a 4.32 ERA. i suppose the bright side is that in his postseason career, he is 4-1 with a 2.16 ERA. That one loss? The Rockies in the 2007 NLDS. But hopefully we will see a great start from Cole as well as pray that the Phillies bats are still hot.
