LHP Cliff Lee gets the nod from Charlie Manuel to be the starter for Game 1 tommorow. He will be facing RHP Ubaldo Jimenez who went 15-12 and has a 3.47 ERA with this year with the Rockies. Lee, the reigning AL Cy Young award winner who came to the Phillies at the trade deadline, is 7-4 in 12 starts since coming to the Phils with a 3.39 ERA. However, after coming off a 5-0 start in his first five appearances with the club and a 0.68 ERA, he has struggled as of late, going 2-4 in his last seven starts with a 6.13 ERA.
Hope he got it out of his system and gives us a solid performance throughout the playoffs.
